What stays on this phone

On the device

  • Your yea and nay marks, sealed with a PIN you choose.
  • The area code and the last four digits of a phone number. The PIN is not stored.
  • The place you picked, so the docket can reopen on the same city.

Clearing the site data erases the ballot. A phone number is not a government ID.

What a form can send

A city or county docket report sends the place, the docket name, the timestamp, a confirmation that it is on official letterhead, and the official link. It does not upload a file, and it does not include your ballot.

The contact form sends a name, an email, and a message so the publisher can reply. Those messages are not listed on this site.

No tracking

This app does not run an analytics tracker, and it does not sell a list of voters. The public pages are the docket, the record, and the pages linked in the footer.
